Return & Refund Policy
REFUND & RETURN POLicy

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on watersave.ie in accordance with the terms below:
A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at email@example.com
You must return the Product to the address provided by us to receive a refund at your cost within 14 days of confirmation.
Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All items originally included with your purchase must be included with your return
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Flush & Save.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, (within 10 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.
